Voice control

Betty hasn't stopped talking for the last 4 hours...

Me: Let's see if we can play the 'no talking' game for a while

Betty: But why do I have to stop talking mummy?

Me: Because you are giving me a headache

Betty: But I can't stop my voice, I have to leave it on

Me: Please can you stop talking just for a second?

Betty: No, my voice is still here

same with my little girl. I've looked for the 'off' button, but it seems there isn't one on her either!!!

look at this for service! Have nestled Girly girl in her room to do drawing and something with sellotape (probably taping up the door or something),and photographed and uploaded.. just for you!

Large fairy door first. YOu can just about make out the stepping stons, but it's pretty damp and overgrown.

Just above it, the teeny door is almost hidden by ivy. Hope the fairies can get in and out ok!

My 7 year old NEVER stops. His teenage brother was fumbling at the back of 7 y/o's head last night and when he asked what was going on, the teen said "Where is that mute button!"

Take the batteries out. It's the panel in her back with the screw at the top. You've probably noticed it when you're giving her a bath.

Failing that, there's a good game on the Charlie and Lola website. You design a butterfly and it goes fluttering around, to nice music. Might that keep her quiet for 5 mins (if you can't locate the battery chamber)?
